Sea Buckthorn Oil Organic

FOR INTERNAL USE: 

Ingest 1 ml (approx. 1 dropper) daily either directly or by adding it to smoothies, salads, or other recipes. It is best consumed with meals to improve absorption. A typical course lasts 4-6 weeks, followed by a 1-2 week break before resuming. 

FOR EXTERNAL USE:

Apply a few drops of the oil directly to the skin or mix it with your favorite moisturizer or facial cream. Gently massage the oil into the skin in a circular motion, focusing on the problem areas.

FACE OIL BLEND:

Mix a few drops of Sea Buckthorn Oil with your favorite oil, such as jojoba or sweet almond oil, and apply it to your face as a moisturizer. This mixture can be applied after cleansing and toning, before applying sunscreen or makeup.

SERUMS AND TREATMENTS:

If you use a facial serum or treatment product, you can add a few drops of Sea Buckthorn Oil to enhance its benefits. Mix the oil with the serum or treatment before applying it to your face.

DIY FACE MASKS:

Incorporate Sea Buckthorn Oil into homemade face masks for an extra nourishing and hydrating boost. Combine the oil with ingredients like honey, yogurt, or avocado to create a nutrient-rich mask that can be applied to the skin and left on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off.

NOTE: 

When using Sea Buckthorn Oil, be aware that its orange color may temporarily stain your skin or hair if applied undiluted. To avoid this, mix the oil with a carrier oil or blend it into your existing skincare products. Additionally, perform a patch test before using the oil to ensure you don't have an adverse reaction.
