Milk Thistle Seed Oil Organic

FOR INTERNAL USE:

Take 1 ml (approx. 1 dropper) daily with or without meals, or mixed with food or drinks. Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase the dosage to allow your body to adjust to it. Also, Organic Milk Thistle Oil can be added to smoothies, salad dressings, or drizzled over vegetables.

FOR EXTERNAL USE:

Organic Milk Thistle Oil can be used topically on the skin and hair.

Apply to wrinkles, pigmentation, or hair and gently massage until fully absorbed. 

FACE OIL BLEND:

Mix 1-2 drops with a carrier oil such as jojoba or argan oil. Apply the mixture to your face and neck after cleansing and toning.

SERUMS AND TREATMENTS:

Mix a few drops with your favorite serum or treatment. Apply to your face and neck as directed.

DIY FACE MASKS:

Add a few drops to your favorite DIY face mask recipe. Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for the recommended time before rinsing off.
